With 2-4 years of coaching experience, holds fitness-related certifications in addition to coaching credentials. Rich in teaching experience, capable of delivering high-quality private coaching services to members of all ages and diverse physical conditions.
With over 4 years of coaching experience, many coaches have participated in Canadian bodybuilding/fitness competitions. They have served a large number of instructional members, possess extensive experience, and can provide safe, efficient, and high-quality teaching services, especially for members with complex physical conditions.
With over 6 years of coaching experience, served as a coaching instructor within the club. Capable of independently developing and conducting group classes, has participated in numerous bodybuilding competitions. Proficient in creating personalized instructional content for members with varying foundations and special requirements, with a keen focus on movement details.
