Through healthy eating and consistent exercise, I successfully lost 20 kilograms, transforming not just my body but also my lifestyle. This journey sparked my passion for fitness. Now, as a Canfitpro-certified personal trainer with four years of experience, I specialize in helping clients achieve their goals, whether it's weight loss, body toning, or muscle building. I particularly enjoy running and engaging in various sports activities. I firmly believe that anyone can uncover their best selves by finding the right approach that works for them. As your coach, my mission is to guide and support you on your journey toward a healthier, more confident life.
